1. Agreement and Rental Period

This Agreement is between Southern Landscape Delivery and Dumpster Rental LLC ("Company") and the customer identified in this form ("Customer"). The rental period begins when the container is delivered and ends when the Company retrieves it. Extensions are subject to availability and the additional-day rate stated in the accepted quote, invoice, or booking confirmation unless the Company confirms a different rate in writing.

2. Payment

The rental fee and any required deposit or authorization hold are due as stated by the Company before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer is responsible for charges authorized by this Agreement, including excess disposal weight, additional rental days, return-trip or dry-run charges, special handling or contamination charges passed through by the disposal facility, and repair costs for Customer-caused damage.

3. Weight and Disposal Charges

The standard rental includes up to 2 tons (4,000 pounds) of disposed debris. Final disposal weight is determined by the disposal facility scale ticket or other facility documentation. Weight above 2 tons is billed at the fixed excess-weight rate of $75 per additional ton, prorated for partial tons. For example, 2.5 tons results in a $37.50 overage charge. Customer may request a copy of supporting disposal documentation. Dense materials can exceed safe or legal hauling limits before the container is full; heavy materials require advance written approval.

4. Loading and Overfill

Material must remain at or below the top of the container walls and be loaded so the trailer can be safely transported. Nothing may protrude over the sides, rear, or top. The rear door must close and secure normally. If a load is unsafe, overloaded, or cannot legally be transported, Customer may be required to remove material before pickup and an agreed trip or waiting charge may apply.

5. Prohibited and Restricted Materials

Customer may not place hazardous, toxic, flammable, explosive, infectious, pressurized, or regulated materials in the container unless expressly approved in writing and permitted by applicable disposal rules.

• Fuel, oil, gasoline, solvents, chemicals, wet paint, pesticides, and other liquids.
• Propane or compressed-gas cylinders, ammunition, explosives, and fireworks.
• Asbestos-containing material, medical waste, biohazards, and regulated hazardous waste.
• Batteries, tires, refrigerant-containing appliances, and electronics when not accepted as ordinary waste.
• Any material prohibited by the disposal facility or applicable law.

6. Heavy Materials

Concrete, dirt, soil, brick, block, asphalt, rock, roofing shingles, plaster, tile, and similar dense materials require advance written approval. The Company may impose a separate heavy-material rate, reduced fill line, lower weight limit, or dedicated-material requirement.

7. Delivery Location and Placement

Customer represents that Customer owns the delivery property or has authority to place the container there. Customer is responsible for selecting a reasonably safe, level, accessible placement area and identifying private utilities, septic systems, irrigation, soft pavement, low branches, wires, gates, and other hidden or overhead hazards. The Company will use reasonable care, but Customer accepts the ordinary risk of surface marks, cracking, rutting, or similar damage caused by the weight of the truck or loaded trailer, except to the extent caused by the Company's negligence or other liability that cannot legally be waived.

8. Access for Delivery and Pickup

Customer must provide unobstructed access on scheduled delivery and pickup dates. Vehicles, locked gates, low wires, blocked driveways, unsafe conditions, animals, or other obstructions may prevent service. If service cannot safely be completed because of conditions within Customer's control, an agreed additional trip or waiting charge may apply.

9. Moving or Altering the Container

Customer may not tow, move, relocate, modify, climb on, burn material in, paint, mark, or mechanically alter the trailer or container without the Company's written permission. Customer is responsible for damage caused by unauthorized movement, misuse, fire, or prohibited contents.

10. Responsibility for Contents

Customer is responsible for material placed in the container during the rental period, including material placed by other persons while the container is at Customer's location, and for reasonable costs, fines, cleanup charges, rejection fees, or special handling charges resulting from prohibited or undisclosed contents to the extent permitted by law.

11. Pickup and Extensions

Customer should request pickup when finished or by the end of the agreed rental term. Keeping the container beyond the agreed term may result in additional-day charges. Customer must not block or prevent authorized pickup after the rental term or after the Company has requested access.

12. Damage, Loss, and Repair

Customer is responsible for the reasonable cost to repair damage caused by Customer, Customer's invitees, unauthorized equipment, prohibited materials, or misuse beyond ordinary wear. If the trailer or container is lost or destroyed due to Customer's conduct or failure to secure the site, Customer may be responsible for reasonable replacement value to the extent permitted by law.

13. Cancellation and Failed Delivery

Cancellation, rescheduling, failed-delivery, or same-day change fees apply only if disclosed before booking or otherwise agreed in writing. If weather, mechanical problems, facility closures, emergencies, or conditions outside the Company's reasonable control delay service, the Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

14. Written Changes

No employee, driver, or representative may change this Agreement unless confirmed by the Company in writing, including by text message, email, invoice, booking confirmation, or other written record. Verbal statements do not override written pricing or safety requirements.

15. Governing Law and Severability

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

16. Entire Agreement and Electronic Signatures

This Agreement, together with the accepted quote, invoice, booking confirmation, approved written changes, and any attached rate schedule, states the parties' agreement for this rental. Electronic signatures, typed acknowledgements, and electronically accepted copies may be used to the extent permitted by law.
